Acceptable use standards
You will not attempt to bypass authentication, inject malicious payloads, harvest data through automated means beyond public search engine crawlers obeying robots.txt, harass facilitators or peers, or misrepresent affiliation with Shalmexxushoneu. You will not reverse engineer proprietary worksheets except to the extent necessary for interoperability permitted by law after written notice.

Intellectual property rights
Unless labeled otherwise, Shalmexxushoneu owns copyrights, trademark rights, and trade dress in site layouts, custom iconography, workshop transcripts edited for publication, and curated glossary definitions. Limited personal-use licenses accompany purchases; redistribution on monetized blogs requires written permission. Open-source components retain their respective licenses, copies of which appear in attribution footers where required.
Third-party services and links
Calendar embeds, video conferencing bridges, and payment processors may load their own terms when you interact with their widgets. We select vendors with reasonable security practices but cannot police every downstream change. Review their policies before submitting payment card data or government identifiers they might request independently.
User submissions
By uploading optional photographs or documents, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them inside the private cohort space for facilitation purposes. You warrant that you have rights to share the materials.
Feedback
Suggestions you volunteer may be implemented without obligation to credit or compensate you, except where a separate innovation agreement states otherwise.

Services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted. We do not warrant that files will be virus-free, though we scan uploads with current definitions before redistribution.
If we use paid online advertising, we aim to describe the same services and constraints on this site as in the corresponding ad creative. Destination pages remain informational; any purchase or enrollment is subject to separate written terms provided at the time you commit.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shalmexxushoneu and its instructors, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from site use or inability to use the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages relating to free browsing shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars unless mandatory consumer laws impose a higher floor. Different caps may appear in paid contracts signed for bespoke engagements.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shalmexxushoneu from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights when posting user content, subject to procedures that allow you to assume defense in good faith disputes.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s substantive law. Except where consumers enjoy non-waivable rights to sue in local courts, exclusive venue rests in state or federal courts located in New York County, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Miscellaneous
If a provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement. Headings simplify reading only. Assignments transfer to successors in a merger involving substantially all assets.
