Non-medical services
Offerings describe meal logistics coaching and education. Refunds relate to delivery of those services, not to subjective outcomes inside your body. If a statute in your region grants cooling-off rights for distance contracts, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
Scope and order of precedence
This document applies to purchases made directly with Shalmexxushoneu. Marketplace resellers, university extension partners, or employer-sponsored benefits portals may publish parallel policies; in those cases, the checkout screen you used controls refund mechanics. Where a signed statement of work conflicts with generic web language, the executed PDF prevails for that engagement only.
Self-paced digital products
Downloadable planners, audio walkthroughs, and template packs qualify for a full refund when you request cancellation within fourteen calendar days of purchase and have not initiated a download or streaming session logged by our distribution vendor. Partially consumed bundles convert to pro-rated credits when technical failures on our side prevent access, verified through server logs within seventy-two hours of your report.

Live workshops and cohorts
Deposits are refundable when written cancellation arrives at least seventy-two hours before the published orientation start time in America/New_York. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit but may convert to a transferable credit equal to the amount paid, redeemable within twelve months toward a program of equal or greater list price, subject to seat availability. Full payments for multi-week cohorts follow a descending schedule: one hundred percent credit before week one, seventy-five percent before week two, and fifty percent before week three unless local law mandates a more favorable schedule.
- Force majeure: if we cancel due to venue closure or facilitator illness, you choose refund or rescheduled dates.
- No-shows: missing sessions without notice does not automatically trigger refunds; contact us to discuss hardship.
- Recordings: when you opt in to async replays, the digital goods section governs access issues.
Credit balances
Credits are tracked in USD, non-transferable except where promotional campaigns explicitly allow gifting, and expire after the stated period if unused. Credits may not be redeemed for cash unless accounting regulations require escheatment to state authorities. Combining credits with coupons follows stacking rules printed on each coupon.
Chargebacks and payment investigations
Contact mailuse@shalmexxushoneu.world before initiating a payment-network dispute so we can trace settlement IDs and resolve good-faith billing errors. Premature chargebacks may suspend future purchases until facts are reconciled. We supply evidence packets to processors when deliveries occurred as contracted.
Taxes
Applicable sales or value-added taxes appear on invoices where collection is required. Refunds include taxes collected on the original transaction when the underlying sale reverses in full.
Scholarships
Awarded seats may carry claw-back provisions if recipients fail to attend minimum participation thresholds stated in award letters.
Currency and FX
Unless an invoice specifies otherwise, prices are quoted in United States dollars. International cards may assess conversion or cross-border fees imposed by issuing banks; those fees are outside our control and may not be refundable if your bank treats them separately from merchant charges.
How to request a remedy
Email mailuse@shalmexxushoneu.world with “Refund Request” in the subject line, your order identifier, and a concise description of the issue. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to conclude decisions within ten business days unless payment partners require additional review. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when technically feasible; otherwise we coordinate alternative settlement paths compliant with anti-fraud rules.
